Overview
SOF Olympiads 2025–26 for Classes 6–8 include: IGKO (GK), IEO (English), NSO (Science), IMO (Maths), ICSO (Computer Science), ISSO (Social Studies) and IHO (Hindi). Exams are conducted at registered schools, and schools can choose one of the three dates for each Olympiad. Level-2 is held only for IEO, NSO & IMO. Individual registrations are not accepted—students must apply through their schools.

Level‑2 (for IEO, NSO, IMO)
- Conducted for Classes 3–12 (only for IEO, NSO & IMO).
- Dates to be announced by January 2026.
Who Can Apply?
- Only students studying in registered schools (Classes 6–8). Applications are routed via schools.
- Medium: English (all papers). IHO is assessed for Hindi language skills.
Registration & Fees
- Through school only (no individual/student‑direct form).
- Fee: ₹125 per student per olympiad (inclusive of GST). Schools may additionally charge up to ₹25 per student towards administrative expenses (as allowed by SOF).
- Exemptions: No fee for students with major physical disabilities, or Indian students whose parent was martyred in defence operations.
Exam Pattern & Marking (Classes 6–8)
Duration for all papers: 60 minutes. All questions are objective/MCQs.

How to Register a School
- Schools receive the SOF information kit (or download the School Registration Form from the official website).
- Choose your preferred exam dates (one per Olympiad) and submit student lists (SRS) minimum 30 days before the chosen date.
- Remit fees collectively to SOF via the approved modes (ORS/NEFT/UPI/DD).
Admit Cards, Results & Awards
- Admit cards are provided to schools before the exam date.
- Level‑2 (for IEO/NSO/IMO only) is based on performance in Level‑1.
- Results are announced online and sent to schools; awards/scholarships as per SOF policy.
