🛠️ What happens in Challenge (for most Class 6–8 teams)

  • Robot Game — design, build and program an autonomous LEGO® robot to complete missions on the season field.
  • Innovation Project — identify a real problem aligned to the theme, design a solution, share it, and present it in ~5 minutes.
  • Core Values — discovery, impact, inclusion, innovation, teamwork and fun are demonstrated throughout.
  • Judging areasInnovation Project, Robot Design, Core Values (plus Robot Performance at the table).

🤖 Robot Set / Software

  • LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime (core + expansion) is the standard kit for Challenge in many regions. Check your local partner’s rules.
  • Program using the SPIKE™ app (block‑based/Python). Bring a laptop/tablet to events as instructed.
